By purchasing or using Inomem, you agree to these Terms of Service. Inomem is provided by Waygou ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Inomem is a digital product — a persistent memory system for Claude Code. After purchase, you receive access to the full source code via a private GitHub repository.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and run Inomem for your own projects. You may not:
After payment, you will receive a GitHub repository invitation to the email associated with your GitHub account. Access is typically granted within minutes.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
Inomem is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waygou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Inomem. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
